How im doing it : Running\Swimming and I also stopped eating flesh dairy and eggs because of ethical resons and i've never felt better. GO VEGAN!!! it's awesome :)

no! i feel the best after i run in the morning without eating anything for at leas 10 hours.. wen you start your day with  run you eat better all day because you remember how hard you have to work to burn off crappy food
